STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our program is a structured Dynamic Sports Performance–based system designed to complement Jiu-Jitsu training and enhance overall physical performance.

Delivered in a two or three-session-per-week format, the program builds strength, athletic qualities, and movement longevity, helping members train harder on the mats while reducing injury risk.

Sessions use kettlebells and minimal equipment, making the program effective at the gym and fully accessible from home through our online platform.

Every program is tailored to your goals, experience, and current level. To begin, complete a short client application so we can understand where you are and what you want to achieve. We'll then schedule a 15-minute discovery call to guide you to the right program and outline your next steps. Once aligned, your training begins with a structured onboarding session to assess your movement and set your path forward.
