Welcome to the Forge Society website (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Forge Society LLC ("Forge Society LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), a separate and independent entity. Forge Society LLC uses the Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu® brand, curriculum, and intellectual property under a licensing agreement with Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu MA LLC ("Licensor").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you ("User" or "you") agree to these Website Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to your use of this website.

They do not govern your participation in classes, memberships, training, events, or other programs offered at any Forge Society location. Those activities are governed by separate agreements, including but not limited to:

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that:

Violates any applicable Puerto Rico or U.S. federal laws or regulations

Forge Society LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.

The Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu® name, marks, curriculum, instructional content, and brand identity remain the exclusive property of Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu MA LLC. Forge Society LLC uses these elements only under license. Nothing on the Site grants you any right or interest in the Licensor's intellectual property.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate, helpful, and up-to-date content. However, all information is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

Forge Society LLC is not liable for errors, omissions, or outdated information.

5. User Submissions

If you submit any content, communications, or media through the Site (e.g., contact forms, surveys, testimonials), you grant Forge Society LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such submissions for marketing, operational, or promotional purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms must be filed exclusively in the courts located in Puerto Rico.
